A Friendly Reminder

Jessie: In NH where the snow has finally put in an appearance.

The Wickeds love having visitors to the blog. We love the sense of communinty and connection. It is a great place to talk about ideas, plans, works-in-progress and opinions on a wide variety of topics. But as wonderful as the blog is I wanted to take the opportunity to mention the Wickeds can be found in all sorts of social media outlets around the internet. We’d love to see you at any, and or all, of them.

18 Thoughts

  1. I just went on a mini Pinterest follow spree, but I will have to come back tomorrow night (or I guess it is tonight) and make sure I follow all of you and your aliases at the social media sites I’m part of.

I enjoy connecting with authors that way. It’s fun to get to know the people behind the books I enjoy.

I’m not so good at Pinterest. I pin to my blog posts, and that’s pretty much it. I don’t use Twitter all that often either, but I’m on and off Facebook all the time. You might almost say I’m addicted to it. (I wouldn’t say that because it would mean I’d need to go to a Facebook anonymous meeting or something.)

      1. Me, too. I love Facebook, but don’t quite feel at home with Twitter or Instagram. Pinterest is excellenty for Maine-y scenes though and for each book I do a board for my cover artist.

  2. I follow on Facebook. Blogs are hard to keep track of. And, for me, I would never accomplish anything if I used even more social media

  3. I love following along with Facebook as well as following the various blogs. I also use Amazon and Goodreads to obtain more information about the books and the reviews given. robeader53@yahoo.com

  4. Thanks for the list…I will be sure and add the Pinterest links. My social media of choice is Facebook. I follow lots of my favorite authors on FB. I have a Twitter account but haven’t even looked at it in probably a year…it just didn’t click with me. I don’t follow many blogs but I do follow the Wicked Cozy blog.

    1. Thanks for following us, Christi! I think one of the most interesting things I’ve learned about social media is how different all the platforms feel. It is facscinating to hear from people about their likes and dislikes.

  5. Facebook gives me an in-between-blog-posts update that can be fun and interesting, but I love a Twitter post that makes clever use of those 140 characters! 🙂

  6. I prefer Facebook but am also on Goodreads. I don’t understand all the use of characters on Twitter.

  7. I follow Facebook but also always click through to this blog and one or two others, have been introduced to a lot of “new to me” authors here, which is marvelous!
