Liz Mugavero’s debut mystery releases today! We are all thrilled for her. Happy Book Birthday to Kneading to Die.
Liz, how are you going to celebrate?
Thanks, guys! I’d love to say I’m celebrating by taking the day off, or even writing all day in solitary, but alas, I’m not. I’m going to stop by a couple of local bookstores and offer to sign stock, and maybe buying a new outfit for my launch party on Saturday. But really, I’m happy just holding the actual book in my hands and seeing my dream come true.
Buy Kneading to Die at Amazon or Barnes and Noble, or visit your local bookstore for a copy.
And come see Liz at an upcoming event:
Saturday, May 11 at The Big Biscuit, Franklin, Mass., 2-5 p.m.
Sunday, May 19 at Books and Boos, Colchester, Conn., 3-5 p.m. with Edith Maxwell
Tuesday, June 4 at Bank Square Books, Mystic, Conn., noon – 1:30, author luncheon with Lucy Burdette
And if you love animals as much as we do and want to donate to an amazing rescue organization, check out the Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter. They do great work!
Sherry: Liz I am so excited for you and can’t wait to have a signed copy of Kneading to Die! I’m the lucky one because I read it as an editor first so I know what a wonderful book it is.
Jessie: Liz, congratulations on your launch! All of the authors here at Wicked Cozy are so excited for you! Best of luck with the launch party and with finding an outfit to wear. Sometimes that can be more challenging than writing an entire mystery!
Julie: YAY Liz!! Cannot wait to read the book! You are our first launch–I am so thrilled, proud, and excited for you. Will raise a glass in your honor!
Liz–I ‘m so excited for you. I can’t wait to read this. It seems like just a year ago we were moaning about how hard it was. Oh, wait that was just a year ago!
Haha, yes it was, Barb! We’ll be doing it again in June, I think 🙂
