We are wicked excited to celebrate the book birthday today of Sheila Connolly’s latest book, Scandal in Skibbereen (A County Cork Mystery)!
Sherry: Congratulations, Sheila! I can’t wait to read this. I love all things Irish even though I’ve never been there.
Edith: I haven’t been there either, yet, despite a mother with a name like Flaherty and a long history of bull-headed Irish ancestors and even current relatives. I really loved Buried in a Bog, and can’t wait to read the new one!
Jessie: What a great series, Sheila! Thanks for making it so easy and pleasant to travel to an Irish village, at least via an armchair!
Barb: I, too, loved Buried in a Bog, and I love, love this cover. Can’t wait!
Liz: Buried in a Bog was awesome and I can’t wait to read the next one. Yay, Sheila!!
Julie: Congratulations Sheila! Kindle has it on pre-order, so I can’t wait. You amaze me, juggling three different series at the same time. And I love, love, love this one. Dancing a jig, drinking Irish whiskey, baking soda bread in your honor!
Can’t wait to get my copy, Sheila! Happy launch day xo
I too loved Buried in a Bog. I am looking forward to reading this one. My Mother was born in Belfast.
Aww, thank you, everyone! I know a parent isn’t supposed to favor one offspring over another, but this series is one I fought to get published, because it was always dear to my heart, so I’m kind of partial to it. I’m so glad I’ve been able to show other people what I see in Ireland.
Congratulations, Sheila. I’m looking forward to reading Scandal in Skibbereen!
