Congratulations Julie Hennrikus!

You may know Julie through her wonderful books, but Julie is also an arts advocate. We were so thrilled that Julie was named a 2018 Champion of Artists by the Massachusetts Artist Leaders Coalition. You can read more about Julie and her work in the arts here.

Julie received the award last Wednesday morning and we couldn’t be happier for her.  Here’s a picture of her certificate:

  25. Congratulations Julie! I’ve won various school awards but the memory that sticks with me the most is the reading award I won in second grade. I read the most books of anyone in the school (that school went through 4th grade) that year. I had read 342 books and everyone was totally amazed that someone would read that much! Renee
